Job Description
As a Creative you are responsible for creating stand-out design and campaign work that drives attention and
enhances our brand. You will contribute to the design function of Williams’ creative resource, leading key projectsand mentoring other creatives across all touch points including print, digital UX-UI design, art working, visual content, branding, print, photography, filming, animation and 3D.
You are an expert in your craft with exceptional typography skills, a strong eye for detail complemented by proficient communication skills to effectively translate concepts into engaging and visually compelling designs.
You will create work that grabs attention and deliver results, being a fast thinker who loves nothing more than
generating, developing, and presenting great ideas and owning the process from concept through to final delivery.
As we venture into new territories and push the boundaries of our creative abilities, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute towards growing our brand specifically across internal initiatives, events and HR related campaigns.
While Formula One-related activities represent a significant proportion of the role, this is a group-wide remit that includes support for Experience Centre, Heritage, Commercial, Fan Engagement, Race team, Commercial partnerships and the wider Williams Racing group.

Main Duties:
- Organise and execute design projects to meet team objectives, under the guidance of the Head of Creative Design and Senior creatives.
- Manage and lead the creative across a wide range of internal stakeholders.
- Key contact to support and manage the relationship with external agencies.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key external suppliers and partners.
- To research and plan design projects fully to ensure best quality solutions.
- To take specific responsibility for producing, developing and formatting presentation material, in-house printing
- and binding, digital and print proofing and art working documents
- To pursue new skills and capabilities to increase the service and value provided by the Creative team
- To challenge and seek to continuously improve processes, procedures and protocols related to the Creative team

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience role within sports, merchandising, entertainment, or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
- Ability to adapt creative assets for different social media platforms, optimizing design elements for each channel’s specifications and best practices.
- Experience in event branding, pop-up store design, or large-scale fan activations is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to deliver high-quality work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of motion graphics, animation, and video editing, particularly for social media and digital-first content would be a bonus.
- Good at data visualisation/infographics - create compelling stories to enhance fan engagement though polls, statistics and insights.
