Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team – and you can be part of it.
What you need? The mindset of an athlete. If you are someone for whom giving up isn’t an option and limits are just something to be overcome, you can bring Vorsprung durch Technik to Formula 1 with us.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
- Writing and realisation of texts for social media, newsletters, internal platforms, websites and external campaigns.
- Ensuring a consistent and cutting-edge visual identity across all channels – from social media to internal platforms
- Leveraging the latest tech and trends to develop and execute innovative communication strategies
- Building impactful, audience-focused content strategies for stakeholders, partners, and external platforms
- Managing content production at our headquarters in Hinwil, the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg (Germany), during race weekends, and at other high-impact events
- Establishing a dynamic in-house content studio and collaborating closely with the Commercial Team on large-scale productions
- 3 - 4 years of experience in editorial work and content creation
- Background in communications and copywriting, with a flair for storytelling
- Creative mindset and out-of-the-box thinking
- Passionate about staying on top with the latest tech trends and customer-focused strategies
- Full professional proficiency in German or English and a willingness to learn a basic level in the corresponding other language are prerequisites
