- continuously improve already existing procedures and processes
- have previous experience working with composite materials and structures within a comparable high level environment
- have a good understanding of technical drawings and laminate manuals together with knowledge of composite laminating / assembly production processes
- show the ability to work under high pressure with a strong attention to details
