An opportunity has arisen for a Composite Logistics Coordinator on a fixed term contract to start beginning September 2025 and finishing end of February 2026.

An opportunity has arisen for a Composite Logistics Coordinator on a fixed term contract to start beginning September 2025 and finishing end of February 2026.
Key Accountabilities (duties) include:
- Provide visibility of the current component supply status on a regular basis.
- Generate component delivery reports to the Composite Manufacturing Department to enable correct resource planning.
- Actively chase supplied parts required as part of composite components and assemblies, working to ensure the laminating, composite machining and assembly departments to operate efficiently at all times.
- Compile and filter shortage information from internal and external manufacture and work with Planning to ensure these requirements are understood.
- Feedback to Planning/Purchasing any issues with parts required for manufacture so that any supply issues can be resolved.
- Ensure SAP accuracy at all times and highlight any data discrepancies.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of composite parts and assemblies to support the composite build team.
- Attend daily manufacturing planning meetings.
- Comply at all time with the companies Health & Safety polices.
- SAP experience (or similar Enterprise Resource Planning software) , and prior motorsport, automotive or composite manufacturing industry experience (or comparable industry experience).
- A good understanding of logistic processes and procedures i.e. tracking materials and parts from delivery to distribution.
- Have proficient communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams and departments.
- Showcase proactive, driven and organised behaviour for executing tasks.
- Flexibility in hours and a can-do approach is required, along with the ability to work in a team, under high pressure and to strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
