Description

We are looking for an experienced Composite Laminator to join our elite team, delivering world-class carbon fibre components that help shape the success of our Formula One car on track.
As a key member of our composites department, you will work with cutting-edge materials and state-of-the-art tooling, producing complex components to exacting standards.


Key Responsibilities

• Laminating high-spec carbon fibre components to the strictest quality and schedule.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and laminate manuals.
• Preparing moulds and tools with precision and care.
• Loading/unloading autoclaves and completing breakout processes.
• Ensuring all materials and methods align with design data.
• Maintaining exceptional standards under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Supporting Health & Safety best practices at every step.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Proven experience in composite laminating, ideally within Formula One, motorsport, or high-end automotive.
• Skilled in precise, hands-on work with strong attention to accuracy.
• Ability to work accurately from technical drawings and laminate manuals.
• Solid understanding of composite materials and manufacturing techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude.
• Calmness and organisation in high-pressure environments.
