In order to strengthen our Compliance team, we are looking to hire a Compliance Manager, based in Maranello (Italy). The Compliance Manager will directly report to the Head of Compliance, part of the Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance Department.

 

The main activities will be to oversee the Group Compliance Programs in place such those related to Privacy, Artificial Intelligence and Antitrust, with particular focus on:

  • Privacy (80%): updating the Group Privacy Compliance Program, performing the annual risk assessment activity, reviewing the internal regulatory framework, updating the register of processing activities, providing trainings and performing controls/monitoring activities.
  • Artificial Intelligence (10%): developing the Artificial Intelligence Compliance Program, in accordance with the Artificial Intelligence Act, performing annual monitoring activities and implementing risk management measures.
  • Antitrust (10%): updating the Group Antitrust Compliance Program, developing the annual risk assessment, reviewing the internal regulatory framework, providing trainings, supporting business activities and performing controls/monitoring activities.
    As part of the Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance Department, the Compliance Manager will develop synergies and assure integration with Internal Audit and Risk Management Functions.


Profile required:

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with Master’s Degree in Law. At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of legal compliance with previous experience in similar roles within in-house legal compliance departments preferably in manufacturing and listed companies is required.

 

Will be considered as a plus:

  • Admission to the bar
  • Master in Privacy Law
  • Knowledge of OneTrust (Data Mapping / Privacy Rights)
  • IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E)
  • IAPP Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP)
  • Knowledge of integrated GRC systems

You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Fluent English is required.
