The Communications Executive will play an integral role in supporting the Communications function of the team. They will work with the Head of Media & PR and F1 Communications Managers to deliver a year-long strategy to position Cadillac within the F1 and wider media landscape according to its communications strategy.
Working closely with the social media department, the Communications Executive will also support in the generation and delivery of content, plus support partner initiatives and internal communications.
As required, the candidate will support internal communications initiatives, partner services and the marketing department to deliver activations at the factory and track.
· Work with the Communications Managers to deliver a year-long narrative within F1 and sporting media. Support with ideas, logistics, copy writing, sourcing of imagery, planning,
· Respond to day-to-day media questions quickly and according to team brief.
· Managing the monthly communications calendar.
· Media monitoring, reporting and proactive identification of potential hot topics to the Communications Managers and/or Head of Media & PR.
· Support the social media team in delivering content, including content captured at the factory.
· Support with internal communications initiatives and partner activations at the factory.
· Liaison with social media & marketing teams to enable engaging content for the team's social media channels.
· Contribute to drafting media facing materials, eg. Press kits, press releases.

· Proven commitment to communications and marketing - either in work experience or positions.
· Ability to work within a team and to manage different priorities.
· Great interpersonal skills.
· Able to work under pressure, with a cool head.
· Ability to write engaging content for media appeal.
· Ability to spot & generate a story.
· Flexible approach to work & travel; your presence at the majority, if not all, races on the F1 calendar will be required.
· Languages would be an advantage.
