Job Description
As Brand Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving the execution of the Williams Racing brand across campaigns, partnerships, merchandise and licensing and internal initiatives. Operating at a mid-weight level, you’ll focus on brand strategy working cross-functionally with teams to ensure brand governance, consistency, campaign effectiveness, and strategic alignment across every touchpoint – from race day content to internal cultural moments.
Working closely with our Marketing team, you’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of brand and marketing projects, working closely with the Creative, Partnerships, Merchandise and Licensing, Fan Engagement, and HR teams, as well as external agencies and stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Main Duties:
- Brand strategy and governance working with cross-functional teams.
- Developing and delivering integrated brand campaigns, working closely with our Marketing team across both internal and external channels to support marketing objectives and brand growth.
- Act as a guardian of the Williams Racing brand – ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints and enforcing brand guidelines.
- Partner with internal teams (including HR, Partnerships, Merchandise & Licensing, Fan Engagement, and Race Team) to deliver brand-led campaigns that support their strategic goals.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external creative and media agencies.
- Brief and collaborate with the in-house Creative Team to develop on-brand assets for campaigns, events, and content initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage brand campaign timelines, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and performance tracking.
- Support event branding, fan activations, and content production in collaboration with commercial and marketing teams.
- Analyse brand and campaign performance, reporting insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date on cultural, fan, and industry trends to inform brand storytelling and activation
- Champion and represent the Williams Racing brand internally and externally, fostering alignment and excellence.
- Deliver campaigns that are aligned with strategic objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate effectively across departments, bringing stakeholders together to execute campaigns.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Drive and embed brand behaviours and values across internal communications and cultural moments.
- Brand storytelling – Skilled at creating and delivering campaigns that build emotional connection and consistency.
- Project and campaign management – Confident managing multiple timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Cross-functional collaboration – A natural connector who thrives in a team-first environment.
- Strategic thinker with commercial understanding – Able to turn insights into actionable creative strategies.
- Cultural and trend awareness – Brings energy and relevance to the brand by staying close to fan culture, sport, and design trends.
- Detail-oriented – Has a sharp eye for execution and design alignment.
- 5+ years of experience in a brand, marketing, or campaign management role.
- Experience working within sport, entertainment, fashion, or fast-paced creative industries preferred.
- Solid understanding of brand development, campaign planning, and multi-channel content production.
- Experience briefing and working alongside creative and digital teams.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience working with agencies, managing budgets, and overseeing production timelines.
- Proficiency in using project management and marketing tools.
