- Ensure jobs are cured in the correct order for the composite production schedule and maintaining the autoclaves and oven.
- Operate autoclaves to cure composite parts according to detailed process specifications and work instructions.
- Load and unload components into the autoclave using appropriate handling equipment, keeping accurate records of the autoclave and ovens cures.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and vacuum levels throughout the curing cycle.
- Record and maintain accurate process data and batch records.
- Perform pre- and post-inspection of parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and report equipment issues promptly.
- Work closely with quality and engineering teams to resolve process deviations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
- You will of course need good PC skills and work well as team member.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, alongside the ability to work under pressure.
