The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices across multiple currencies.

They will demonstrate strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, while ensuring all work complies with VAT regulations, internal policies, and company deadlines.

Main responsibilities of the role:

  • Invoice Processing & Compliance: Accurately process multi-currency invoices, ensuring correct PO matching, VAT treatment, entity coding, due dates, and approvals, while maintaining logs and resolving discrepancies.

Essential attributes for success:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role, with strong knowledge of VAT (UK & EU) and multi-currency invoice processing.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, iVerify, or similar finance platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
